- Because our collections are artisan-made, small-batch, and sustainable, production times may vary.
2. Payment
- Full payment (or deposit, if offered) is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
- Your payment secures your piece(s) but does not guarantee immediate availability
3. Production & Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery times will be provided on each product page, but these are estimates only.
- As our items are handcrafted and often involve traditional artisan techniques, unexpected delays may occur.
- You will be notified of any significant changes to your order’s timeline.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Pre-orders are final and non-refundable once placed, as production begins specifically for your order.
- If The Rebirth Shop is unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Exchanges & Returns
- Because pre-order pieces are made-to-order or produced in limited runs, exchanges are not guaranteed.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
