Because we work with artisans, small batches, and sustainable processes, many of our pieces are available on a pre-order basis. Here’s what you need to know:

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you’re reserving a piece before it’s produced. Each item is made with care, often handcrafted by artisans, so production takes time.

When will I receive my order?

Estimated timelines are listed on each product page. Since our pieces are handmade, there may be slight delays — but we’ll keep you updated along the way.

Do I pay now or later?

Payment is taken upfront to secure your piece. This allows us to begin production responsibly and ensure artisans are fairly compensated.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

  • Pre-orders are final and non-refundable once placed, as each item is made specially for you.
  • If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your piece (for example, due to material shortages), we will issue you a full refund.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives defective or isn’t what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
