Olufisayo Dayo-Oyelakin
Founder & Creative Director
With over 15 years of experience as a fashion designer and educator, Olufisayo founded The Rebirth
Studio to bridge artistry, advocacy, and sustainability. Their leadership anchors the studio’s mission:
honouring artisanship, amplifying Global South voices, and reimagining fashion as a tool for justice.
Advocacy & Education Lead:
Guiding The Rebirth Collective, she works on educational programs, campaigns, and storytelling that highlight the craftsmanship and challenges of artisans worldwide, inspiring conscious change in
the fashion industry.
Shop & Production Manager: Overseeing The Rebirth Shop, Olufisayo ensures every collection aligns with our values of ethical sourcing, fair wages, and small-batch craftsmanship — turning slow-fashion principles into tangible
pieces.
Oluwatofunmi Oyeleye
Storytelling & Media Coordinator
Responsible for our documentary and digital storytelling, she brings artisan voices and sustainable narratives to the forefront, bridging the gap between maker and consumer.
